My painting table often gets stacked up with random models that I pick up here and there. Sometimes I just work on these to clear up space and others just to finish something simple to keep motivated, as it takes time to paint up armies and large units. This can get you down when you paint figures, so the easy step is just take a step back and work on a simple task to keep you motivated.

First I had a couple of steam engine bits that I planned to use in various boats when playing pulp. Just take a small boat and stick this in the back and boom, steam launch.

I have a few dogs painted for pulp, now they have a home! Found this in a model train shop in a clearance bin. Throw on a few colors and a dog house!

I needed some random bat swarms for pulp. These are old GW bat swarm bats. I just glued these onto a round base and painted them up. At the same time, I had some chickens that I wanted to use for F&I skirmish. Another simple paint job and these are ready to go in my farmsteads!

Finally, found these covered equipment models at the last convention flea market. Simple paint job and these are ready to go in my factory complex for pulp.
Always nice to get things done!
