Well, part two of my visit to the Bavarian Military History Museum in Ingolstadt Germany. Ironically, we did not think we would have time to visit this museum originally. However, with our set back at the main museum most of it being closed), meant we had time to visit the WWI museum. Just a short walk over the Inn River and I was there. What started out as a second thought, turned into a fantastic experience. This museum is huge! I managed to look at the final display, as they were closing up and ushering me out! As Jack Burton says, it took cracker jack timing! The museum is set up chronologically, from the days before war was declared, to its aftermath. Whow, 50 rooms of displays! So much to see. Like the main museum, this one offered items from all nations taking part in WWII. If you have any interest in WWI, this is the place to go! OK, here is my picture dump (its in reverse order). The scary thing is that this is only a small portion of the display. Enjoy.
