I found some dock terrain at the flea market at the most recent cold wars. I have no idea who the manufacturer is, but it was cheap and I thought the curved sections were interesting. The price was right and I bought them.
I have some other dock terrain that I have painted and decided to go in a different direction for these pieces. My other terrain is aged wood and done in a grey look. For these, I decided to go with a brown look, as I want to add some brown dock terrain to my collection for a different look on some boards.
First, I had to glue them together, as the pylons were separate pieces. Nothing some super glue would not fix. I spray painted these brown and then hit them with a black woodland scenics wash. I finished up with a few layers of brown and tan dry brushing. I painted the under level black to give the impression of spacing. Some spray dull coat and they are done!
