I have slowly been going though my miniature collection to streamline my storage. I am also trying to fill in holes in each collection and doing minor corrections to paint jobs where necessary. While doing this, I noticed that I had very few cossacks and would have a problem with most scenarios requiring them. I definitely did not want to paint these myself, so, off to Gajo Minis I went!

I ordered two different types and enough packs to do three units of twelve. It took about three days and I had them! They came in packed in a box and bubble wrap. Each set of three was in a separate plastic bag. The rider and horse are separate. I spend the evening straightening out the lances, gluing on the riders and then gluing the assembled models to one inch square while metal bases. I had already sprayed the bases green, so they were ready to go. Since I use white glue, it takes a little time in between steps, so it was easy to do while I was working on something else.

Once they glue dried over night, I applied some green flock using GioHex green paint. I let that dry and hit everything with dull coat to seal the flock and the model. With that, I have some cossacks and did not have to spend two weeks painting them!
